Light

The lamp can assume a color temperature between 2000 and 6500 kelvin. The smart bulb has a brightness of about 570 lumen. However, it should be noted that these values are often tested with a white light, as this is the brightest. Power consumption was reported at 8.1 w from Philips.

Design

If we look at the design, we inevitably have to look at the smart light's casing. Complete systems are often offered particularly pretty or compact. Unfortunately, this also means that opening the housing is not provided and changing the light source is not possible. However, if it is a smart device with a lamp socket, for example, the illuminants can be changed in the simplest way. In this case, it is unfortunately not possible to change the bulbs used from Hue Iris Black because they are permanently installed. This is usually the case with smart light bulbs and cannot be solved without problems, for example at Philips. Philips chose synthetic & metal as the casing material. The color was kept in black. Please take into account a product weight of approx. 860 g.

Protection

The smart home lights have a classification of IP20 and may offer a certain degree of protection against water, dust and accidental contact. Further details can be found in the IP code article on Wikipedia.
