When buying a television, it is worth considering not only the active power consumption, but also the standby consumption. Many modern televisions are equipped with an energy-saving standby mode that reduces consumption to a minimum when the set is not in use. Since 2013, the average standby consumption must not exceed 0.5 watts. The consumption in standby mode was specified by Hisense as 0.5 w.
Network and Bluetooth
This model ( 85U80G AU ) supports Wi-Fi. This wireless network connection allows devices to display content from a smartphone or tablet, for example, or to download apps from an app store. The protocols are supported:
Wi-Fi Direct is supported by 85U80G AU , which is a standard for data transfer between two WLAN devices without a central wireless access point. This functionality makes it possible, for example, to send and display pictures and videos directly to the TV without a Wi-Fi connection to the router.

Environment
For temperature, the maximum permissible ambient temperature is 35 °C. Again, below a temperature of 5 °C , the TV from Hisense should not be used. The maximum storage temperature should be according to Hisense 45 °C. Minimal were given by Hisense -15 °c. The humidity must not exceed 80 %. At least, however, 20 % humidity. The TV may be stored at a maximum humidity of 70 percent. The minimum humidity during storage should not fall below 10 percent.
