Today we will look at the monitor 559M1RYV from Philips from the year 2021. Philips has built hardware/software into the 559M1RYV to control different colored LEDs, most of which are located on the back of the device. Through intelligent control of the LEDs, colors of the image displayed on the monitor are projected onto the wall behind it, which is supposed to be easy on the eyes and at the same time make the image look more immersive. Depending on the manufacturer, this technology is called Ambilight, Ambiglow, Atmolight or HiLight.
